Latticewrk was built on a belief most finance firms and individuals in finance don't share: that finance and operations are the same system.

You can't run great financials inside a poorly run business. And you can't build a great business without understanding the financial story underneath it. As a natural operator, Arjun’s financial background has always had a strong operational foundation. That background shapes everything about how we work - we don't just hand you reports, we help you understand what they mean for how you run and grow your business.

We've worked with 150+ companies across SaaS, eCommerce, professional services, apparel, PE and VC-backed businesses, and more. We integrate as a functional part of your team, not a vendor you hear from once a quarter.

How We Work

  • First, you and I will connect to discuss your needs and schedule time for me to review your books and speak with you to generate a business and financial assessment based on your current financial position and overall goals.

  • From there, based on what your needs are, you’ll work with me, your Fractional CFO and/or a finance and accounting team, or a mix of the two. Your team will be integrated as a function of your business. The team size will vary depending on what we discover you require for your business.

  • Every engagement I build is unique and tailored to your business - there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

  • I may be highly involved or more in the background; in either case, you always have access to me.

    I'm a Fractional CFO and I approach that work differently than most.  Before building Latticewrk, I realized that I could quickly under the 2-3 things a business needed to do well in order to excel in their space. I've sat in the seat where financial decisions get translated into operational ones. Where the P&L connects to staffing, process, pricing, and delivery.

    That experience changes how I read a business. I don't just see the numbers. I see what's underneath them.  My career has spanned FP&A, accounting, controllership, business analysis, and operations leadership across companies ranging from early-stage startups to PE and VC-backed firms.

    I've built financial models from scratch, redesigned workflows, helped founders make faster decisions, and supported leadership teams through fundraising, acquisitions, and scale. 

    I founded Latticewrk because too many growing businesses were being underserved - handed reports or provided information and not real guidance by finance people who had never run a team or managed a P&L end-to-end.

    My goal is simple: give founders, owners, and operators access to a CFO and a team who understands how the whole business works, not just the spreadsheet.

  • Every engagement is staffed with experienced professionals. Depending on your needs, your Latticewrk team may include a dedicated bookkeeper, a controller, and/or a CFO-level advisor (oftentimes, it’ll be Arjun himself).

    All team members are vetted for both technical skill and the ability to integrate and communicate at the leadership level.
